Vive does not have a contact form. We do not route you through a portal, a call center, or an automated booking system. You reach out, your provider answers, and you talk. That is the entire process.

Mobile services come to you within roughly 15 miles of Atlanta. A $25 travel surcharge applies beyond that radius. Telehealth services are available to any Georgia resident, anywhere in the state.

What To Expect
When you call, your provider will ask what you are interested in, confirm pricing, walk you through any prep, and lock in a time. For telehealth services, your first month includes a 30 to 45 minute video consult.
For mobile visits, plan 90 minutes total (the visit plus travel and setup time).
What Helps
If you have recent labs, current medications, or a known diagnosis you want addressed, mention it on the first call. The more your provider knows up front, the more useful your first visit will be.
No labs on hand? We will order them for you at a flat clinic rate.
A note on last-minute changes.
We ask for 24 hours notice on any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Because Vive operates as a mobile and telehealth practice, your provider reserves dedicated time and (for mobile visits) prepares your supplies and travels to your location.
Late cancellations and no-shows are billed a $50 fee at the card on file. We understand life happens, and we will always work with you on genuine emergencies. The fee exists so that the patients who do show up get the full time and attention they paid for.
Quick answers before you call.
Online booking systems work well for high-volume clinics. Vive is intentionally small. A quick call or text lets your provider match you to the right service, confirm any logistics specific to your situation, and answer questions in real time. It also makes scheduling for mobile visits much easier on both sides.
No. Vive is self-pay, which keeps pricing transparent and the patient experience uncluttered. We can provide a superbill on request if you would like to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Mobile visits beyond 15 miles include a $25 travel surcharge at checkout. Your provider will confirm your exact coverage when you book. If you are quite far out, telehealth services may be a better fit for your weight loss, hormone, peptide, or sick visit needs.
Yes. After-hours texts will be answered the next business day. For medical emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Tell us what you are trying to address and we will tell you which service line fits. Weight loss, hormones, peptides, and sick visits are telehealth (statewide). IV drips, vitamin injection visits, and Lipostat are mobile (Atlanta-area). Some patients use both, like a telehealth weight loss subscription plus a monthly mobile drip.
