Vive by BIW is built on 23 years of experience across the breadth of modern healthcare. That path began at the bedside in mother-baby and labor and delivery, then moved through the emergency room, family medicine, and urgent care. More recently the focus has centered on weight loss and wellness, where proactive, individualized care makes a real difference for patients who are tired of being rushed in and out of crowded waiting rooms.
Vive was built after years of watching the same pattern repeat. Patients struggling with access, long wait times, rushed visits, and limited personalized support. Providers burning out in systems that prioritized volume over care. Vive is the answer to that pattern.

Vive operates as a hybrid practice on purpose. Mobile services stay close to home so visits can happen in person without losing the convenience of in-home care. Telehealth opens the doors statewide, so any Georgia resident can build a relationship with a provider who actually knows their chart.
Atlanta Mobile Core
In-home IV drips, vitamin injection visits, and Lipostat within roughly 15 miles of Atlanta. No travel surcharge inside the core area.
Greater Mobile Service Area
Mobile services available beyond 15 miles with a $25 travel surcharge added at checkout. We will confirm coverage when you book.
Statewide Telehealth
Weight loss, hormone therapy, peptides, and sick visits available to any Georgia resident. Video consults, pharmacy-direct shipping, lab partners across the state.
