Call or text us directly at (707) 801-0733. We will confirm your service, take a few intake details, and lock in your appointment. New telehealth patients begin with a 30 to 45 minute video consult, which is included in the first month of your subscription.
No. Vive is self-pay, which keeps pricing transparent and the patient experience uncluttered. We can provide a superbill on request if you would like to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Medication ships pharmacy-direct from one of our partner compounding pharmacies. Shipping is $15 FedEx Overnight, billed at checkout. Most telehealth subscriptions arrive within a few days of your visit.
We ask for 24 hours notice on appointment cancellations. Because Vive operates as a mobile and telehealth practice, your provider reserves dedicated time and (for mobile visits) prepares supplies in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed a $50 fee. We will always work with you on genuine emergencies.
